01 Who we are

PT Saujana Wangi Nusantara ("Saujana") runs this site and the atelier at Jl. Kemang Timur No. 48, Jakarta Selatan. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and your rights under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

02 What we collect

The form on the Visit page: name, WhatsApp number, email if given, topic, and message. We only receive it when the consent box is ticked.

Sari, the AI assistant: the conversation. Your name and number are recorded only if you agree to it in the conversation.

WhatsApp orders: name, number, delivery address, and the order.

We use no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

03 The AI assistant

Sari is run by Navibiz using a third-party AI model provider. Its answers are general information drawn from this site, not binding promises or offers. Conversations are kept for 90 days for reporting, then deleted.

04 Who processes it

Navibiz (PT Cetta Adika Nava) as operator of the site and assistant; Cloudflare for hosting and security; an AI model provider to answer questions; WhatsApp for order conversations. We never sell data to anyone.

05 Your rights

You may ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we respond within 72 hours.
